Job Description:

AppleOne is seeking Accounts Payable/Receivable Clerks proficient in Quick Books to provide support for accounting departments for our extensive client?le list in Thousand Oaks and surrounding areas. Duties include office bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance. Projecting a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction when needed is a must.

Major responsibilities of the position are listed below. To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to execute each essential duty satisfactorily.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Bank Reconciliations for various bank accounts

? Aging Statements

? Inventory Management

? Journal Entries

? P&L reporting

? Reviewing/Inputting Data

? Prepares and records monthly accruals for AP

? Invoice Management

COMPETENCIES:

? Strong verbal and written communication skills

? Possess initiative and organization skills

? Ability to produce quality results in tight timeframes

? Must be comfortable managing multiple projects with high priorities

? Organizational skills, strong work ethic, & professional demeanor

? Ability to work in a team setting

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

? Accounts Payable/Receivable Experience (2+ years preferred)

? Proficiency with MS Excel and Quick Books

? Accounts analysis experience
