Value & Access Insights team is searching for a Contracts & Pricing
Execution Manager to join the group. This Manager is integral to
Amgens financial performance and will work with Market Access,
Payer Contracting, Legal, and Contract Pricing Execution teams to
support Formulary Validation and Compliance of discounts across all
applicable commercial payers. This role reports to the Contract &
Pricing Execution Senior Manager. In this vital role you will work
with internal business partners to support the formulary validation
dispute process to ensure discounts are appropriately earned by
customers. This individual is critical to the success of managing
formulary validation disputes, from finding to resolution, by
partnering with cross-functional teams to provide project
management, data analysis, and insights; and by developing
solutions to help resolve formulary validation disputes and
reporting needs. Support the Value & Access Insights teams efforts
in maintaining a robust, scalable, and efficient Formulary
Validation execution process across all applicable payers Project
management support of the formulary validation dispute notice
process facilitate multiple account formulary validation teams that
include Payer Contracting, Market Access, Legal, and Contract
Pricing Execution Provide analysis on payer data to support
formulary validation dispute decisions and actions Support ad-hoc
requests by senior leadership related to reporting around formulary
validation and disputes Manage and evolve the payer dispute
tracking, reporting, and resolution process by leveraging
collaborative solutions (Smartsheet, Excel, and Tableau) Identify,
lead, and project manage process improvements with the Formulary
Validation team and its internal business partners Participate or
Lead meetings/calls with cross functional partners Establish and
maintain effective relationships with Contracts & Pricing Execution
Payment Teams, DTI, Coverage and Pricing, Contract Development,
Accounting/Finance, Legal, other cross-functional teams What we

qualifications. Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree OR Masters
degree and 2 years of sales and marketing operations and/or pricing
experience OR Bachelors degree and 4 years of sales and marketing
operations and/or pricing experience OR Associates degree and 8
years of sales and marketing operations and/or pricing experience
OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years of sales and marketing
operations and/or pricing experience Preferred Qualifications:
Understands the payer landscape at an experienced level Payer
experience or experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology
pricing, access and/or contracting operations Strong Project
Management skills previous experience managing projects Financial
background Demonstrated track record of increasing responsibility
and leadership experience Advanced computer & system operations
skills Ability to develop reports and analytical tools to measure
performance of commercial contracts Ability to deliver and
communicate effectively in a highly fluid, interactive, matrixed
environment Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple
simultaneous, complex projects to completion High attention to
detail/reporting accuracy, balances strong detail orientation with
the ability to conceptualize problems Collaborates well with others
to achieve desired results Ability to solve problems, especially in
a group setting Strong oral/written communication skills and

way. The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S.
(excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on
several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills,
