Job Description Job Description Job Summary: We are looking for
a highly motivated Account Manager to join our team. As an Account
Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our
client base by managing client relationships, identifying new
business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You
will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing
their accounts, and providing exceptional service. Key
Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with
existing clients. Identify new business opportunities with existing
clients. Meet or exceed sales and revenue targets. Develop and
implement account plans and strategies. Collaborate with internal
teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Respond to client inquiries
and resolve issues in a timely manner. Stay up to date with
industry trends and developments. Prepare reports on account status
and progress. Attend client meetings and presentations. Specific
Required skills/knowledge: An Associate's degree in business or a
related field is preferred. A minimum of 2 years of experience in
sales or account management working for a medical device company is
required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills The
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask as
needed. Strong organizational and time management skills Energetic
with a make-it-happen attitude. Ability to develop and maintain
relationships with clients. Respond to all client inquiries in a
timely and professional manner. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of
a team. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Exposure to
sales principles and customer service practices is highly
