This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative setting. · Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations · Prepare and analyze financial statements and job costing reports · Support budgeting and forecasting activities by compiling and reviewing financial data · Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate coding of transactions · Assist with processing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable as needed · Work closely with project managers to ensure accurate tracking of project expenses and profitability · Ensure compliance with internal controls and assist with audits and reporting requirements
