to efficiently manage and coordinate staff schedules in a fast

healthcare-related terminology Filing & Scanning Expertise:
Demonstrated experience maintaining organized, accurate, and
compliant records. Position Summary The Client Service Specialist
(CSS) plays a critical role in recruiting, staffing, and managing
non-clinical operations for healthcare facilities and home care
patients within an assigned market. This position is responsible
for ensuring patient safety, staff productivity, and customer
satisfaction while supporting business growth for the branch. The
ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational, leadership,
and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage
staff schedules, client relationships, and administrative
responsibilities while delivering exceptional service standards.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities -Staffing & Personnel
Management -Receive and process staffing requests from clients and
fill open shifts or assignments. -Manage staff availability and
assign personnel based on qualifications and scheduling needs.
-Recruit, interview, and onboard field staff to support current and
future business demands. -Counsel field employees on non-clinical
issues and ensure compliance with licensure and credentialing
requirements. -Client & Customer Relations -Maintain ongoing
communication with existing and prospective clients to strengthen
relationships and support business growth. -Patient & Case
Management -Receive, coordinate, and process home care referrals,
including securing proper authorizations. -Assign qualified staff
to cases and manage schedule changes or cancellations. -Ensure all
orders and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely
manner. Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in a
service-related industry. Minimum one (1) year of experience in
