Seeking compassionate and dedicated Instructional Aides to provide
1:1 support for students within a structured school environment.
These per diem, flexible roles are ideal for professionals
committed to making a positive impact on students academic,
behavioral, and social growth. Key Responsibilities - Support
students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom
settings - Provide individualized or small-group assistance as
directed by teachers and school staff - Assist students with daily
routines, transitions, and active classroom participation -
Implement behavior support plans and follow IEP requirements as
applicable - Support mobility, supervision, and personal care needs
as required - Maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning
environment Required Qualifications - High school diploma or GED -
At least 18 years old - Current TB test per school district
requirements - Ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when
needed - Must have current clearances or be willing to obtain them
prior to starting Preferred Experience - Background in education,
special education, behavioral health, or child care settings -
Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or
behavioral challenges - Training in CPI, PMT, or RBT (a plus, not
mandatory) - Reliable, patient, and team-oriented attitude Why
