offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Paraeducator or
Behavior Technician within a K-12 school setting located in Long
Beach, CA. The role is ideal for professionals passionate about
supporting students' educational and behavioral development
throughout the complete school year under a contract arrangement.
Key Qualifications and Experience: Experience working as a
Paraeducator or Behavior Technician in a K-12 educational
environment. Ability to assist with classroom instruction and
provide individualized support to students with diverse learning
needs. Strong skills in behavior management techniques and
implementing behavior intervention plans. Patience, flexibility,
and excellent communication skills when working with students,
teachers, and staff. Commitment to fostering an inclusive and
supportive learning atmosphere. Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborate with teachers to facilitate student learning by
providing paraprofessional support tailored to individual
educational plans. Monitor and support student behavior by applying
positive behavioral strategies under supervision. Assist students
with classroom activities, assignments, and social interactions to
promote academic and social success. Document student progress and
communicate regularly with the educational team. Help maintain a
safe and engaging classroom environment conducive to learning.

Compensation for this position ranges from $18.52 to $35.52.
