Position type: Fulltime - ContractDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: Thousand Oaks, CA As Associate Engineer, you will: Job Description:Ideal candidate will be working in the engineering lab. Bachelors in Packaging. Would consider new grad with 0 to 3 years general packaging/engineering experience as long as their education is tied to packaging. Highly preferred skill: 2 years Packaging Engineering Experience outside of academia. Nice to have: AutoCAD, Illustrator, or similar software application to create, modify and approve engineering drawings. In this role you will report into the Packaging Engineering group under Combination Products Operations (CPO) in Thousand Oaks, CA. This position will apply engineering principles to implement the proper design, qualification and implementation of Primary and Secondary Packaging components and the associated systems such as documentation, equipment, and processes. Knowledge of primary and secondary packaging systems and material science is essential to the position.
