Job Description Job Description Job Title: Inspector Job Description Join our team as an Inspector and contribute to our high-quality production process. You will work from 6am to 2:30pm with opportunities for overtime. Sundays are compensated at double time. This role requires you to visually inspect machine parts and document progress using computers. You will identify defects and decide if parts should proceed to the next step, all without the need for inspection software. Responsibilities Visually inspect machine parts to ensure quality standards. Utilize computers to document inspection progress. Identify defects in parts and determine their readiness for the next process step. Essential Skills Experience in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment within the last 18 months. Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and hand tools. Ability to perform visual inspections and quality checks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with inspection tools, micrometers, and height gauges. Forklift and crane experience is a plus. Mechanical inspection skills, computer literacy, and attention to detail are highly valued. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vernon, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
