Job Description
*** is seeking an experienced and highly skilled project management professional to support the Global Customer Capabilities Sr Mgr. Omnichannel Enablement within the Global Commercial Capabilities area. The PM will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of projects related to identity management systems, global medical websites, Artificial Intelligence, and Medical Information projects, ensuring alignment with ***'s strategic objectives, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.

RESPONSIBILITES
" Support Global Customer Capabilities in planning, executing, and monitoring projects related to identity management systems, global medical websites, Artificial Intelligence, and Medical Information projects.
" Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals, scope, and timelines.
" Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
" Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives, deliverables, and status updates.
" Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
" Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies within the Global Customer Capabilities area.

REQUIREMENTS:
" Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
" Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles, with a focus on supporting omnichannel initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry.
" Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as PMP or PRINCE2, with relevant certifications preferred.
" Results-oriented, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
" Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver results.
" Proven experience working in cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving project success.
" Highly organized with keen attention to detail, combined with the ability to see the "big picture" challenges and goals within the organization.
" Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
