Job Description:

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.

Support Global Customer Capabilities in planning, executing, and monitoring projects related to identity management systems, global medical websites, Artificial Intelligence, and Medical Information projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals, scope, and timelines.
Track project progress, identify risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a clear understanding of project objectives, deliverables, and status updates.
Provide regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and methodologies within the Global Customer Capabilities area.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees in Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or PMO roles, with a focus on supporting omnichannel initiatives within the pharmaceutical industry.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, such as PMP or PRINCE2, with relevant certifications preferred.
Results-oriented, excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver results.
Proven experience working in cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and driving project success.
Highly organized with keen attention to detail, combined with the ability to see the "big picture" challenges and goals within the organization.
Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
