My name is Ana, and I am a Recruiter with The Fountain Group. - We are a national staffing firm and are currently -seeking a - - - - - - - - - Lab Site Administrator/Lead for a prominent client -of -ours. - -This position is located in -Thousand Oaks, CA, 91320. -Details for the position -are as follows:

Contract role of 5 months, strong possibility of extension(s). Pay rate is $35-38/hr.

Job Description:

• Manage on-site service team to provide maintenance and support of in-scope equipment to insure best-in-class service within established time frame in the assigned OneSource account.
  
• Facilitate and approve purchase orders for in scope assets, approve purchase orders for repairs and yearly preventative maintenance.
  
• Responsible for managing on-site service resources to achieve customer service level agreements.
  
• Communicate with customer facility manager on day-to-day operations.
  
• Perform on-site lab walks to establish and maintain client relationships.
  
• Manage the daily operations for the site, client facing job, manages escalations with the customer, perform the duties aligned to a lead in proving support to other team members as a manager however not supervising their work. Conduent between the client and pki, manage all client requests and escalations, all service delivery issues, responsible for service delivery and representing pki at the site.
  
  
  Qualifications:
  
  
  
• Experience with site operations leader, management related, and client management related services.
  
• Lab equipment/environment experience - Huge plus.
  
• SAP or other ERP systems experience, highly preferred.
