*must have cath lab and experience* Data Collection : Unit Information: ( insert name ) Location: Los Robles Health System, Thousand Oaks West Janss Road; Thousand Oaks, CA 91360 Floor: 1st Building: Main Hospital, Cardiac Cath Labs Dept. 74628 General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds 3 Cath/EP/Hybrid/Structural Heart rooms Number of Staff 3 per room Type of staff: RNs and Rad Techs o Day Shift 730:1530 o Night Shift on call only Patient Ratios 3 per case Type of equipment GE and Philips labs, Mac Lab/Cardiolab EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Cath Lab Circulating (RN) Scrub experience Rad Tech Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Mac Lab/Cardiolab experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Left/Right heart caths, angioplasty/stent; IVUS, ICE, atherectomy Atrial Fib Ablations, Micra s ICDs, PM, Lead extraction Structural Heart: TAVR, TMVR, Tricuspid, LAAC (Watchman) PFO/ASD Best personality Fit: Enjoys working hard as part of a team Upbeat/positive attitude REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: Registered Nurse License for Circulator role; Registered Radiologic Technologist License, Fluoroscopy permit Floating Area(s): Registered Nurse may assist in the Pre/Post care area called Cardiovascular Observation Unit Dress Code : May wear own scrub or use the blue hospital scrubs Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
