Job Description:
Job Title: Cardiac Cath Lab Tech Profession: Cardiac Cath Lab

Hours per Shift: 10 hours (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM) Experience: Minimum 2
years License: Registered Nurse License for Circulator role;
Registered Radiologic Technologist License, Fluoroscopy & ARRT
license Certifications: Required certifications as listed
Description: Must have cath lab experience. 10-hour shifts from
6:30 AM to 5:00 PM. RCIS certification is not accepted. Unit
Information: Number of beds: 3 Cath/EP/Hybrid/Structural Heart
rooms. Staffing: 3 staff members per room, including RNs and
Radiologic Technologists. Patient Ratios: 3 patients per case. Type
of equipment used: GE and Philips labs, Mac Lab/Cardiolab EMR -
Meditech. Typical procedures performed: Left/Right heart
catheterizations. Angioplasty and stenting. IVUS and ICE
procedures. Atherectomy. Atrial Fibrillation ablations. Micra S,
ICDs, PM, Lead extraction. Structural Heart procedures including
TAVR, TMVR, Tricuspid, LAAC (Watchman), PFO/ASD. Ideal candidate
personality: Enjoys working hard as part of a team. Possesses an
upbeat and positive attitude. Weekends and on-call requirements:
One weekend per month and one night call per week (3:30 PM
onwards).
