Start Date: 02/11/2026 Job Description: This position is a blend of
charge nurse, clinical mentor, and manager responsibilities. The
clinician provides on-shift leadership to ensure safe,
high-quality, and compassionate patient care while supporting staff
and promoting a positive work environment. They round on patients,
address service or safety concerns, and serve as a resource for
both clinical and interpersonal issues. The clinician will also
take charge nurse assignments as needed, depending on census and
staffing levels. Responsibilities: Provide on-shift leadership and
ensure patient safety and care quality. Round on patients and

clinical and interpersonal issues. Take charge nurse assignments
based on census and staffing levels. Requirements: Must have been a
charge RN in the last assignment. 3 weeks of orientation are
required, including classroom and unit orientations. Required
Certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS - AHA or APEX.
