Occupational Therapist Location: Northridge, CA Agency: United Health Care Staffing Pay: $2,100 to $2,350 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT) Location: Northridge, CA Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Shift (8 hours x 5 days/week) Pay Rate: $2100 – $2350 per week Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a healthcare facility in Northridge, CA for a 13-week assignment. The OT will work with patients to improve their ability to perform daily activities, regain independence, and enhance overall quality of life. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patients’ physical, cognitive, and functional abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve daily living and motor skills Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed Document patient evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with regulatory and facility standards Requirements: Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of California Minimum 2 years of recent Occupational Therapy experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy NBCOT certification (preferred) BLS certification (required) Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
