This leadership role manages clinical staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains high-quality patient care. Responsibilities: Supervise clinical staff, including team managers and contracted providers Ensure quality of care and regulatory compliance Oversee staff hiring, training, and evaluations Approve patient admissions based on eligibility Maintain accurate electronic medical records Requirements: RN with a BSN or related health degree Current California RN license 5 years clinical experience, including 3 in hospice or similar setting 1 year in a supervisory or administrative role Strong leadership and communication skills Proficient with electronic medical records Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
