Job Description Position Summary The Employee Relations Manager is responsible for fostering a productive and positive work environment while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies. A key component of this role is conducting thorough, impartial, and timely investigations into complex workplace issues, including harassment, discrimination, and misconduct allegations.
