technical delivery for this capability as part of a team data
engineers and software engineers. The team will rely on your
leadership to own and refine the vision, feature prioritization,
partner alignment, and experience leading solution delivery while
building this ground-breaking new capability for Amgen. You will
drive the software engineering side of the product release and will
deliver for the outcomes.As a Senior Manager Information Systems
you will:Lead delivery of overall product and product features from
concept to end of lifeManagement of theproductteamcomprising of
data and software engineersto ensure that business, quality, and
functional goals are met with each product releaseDevelopoffeatures
and stories to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that
are aligned with product strategyIncorporateand prioritizefeature
requests into product roadmapDesignand implementusability, quality,
and delivery of a product or featureSet sprint goalsPlan releases
and upgradesEncourage and motivate theproductteam to deliver
innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of
urgencyManages progress of work and addresses production issues
during sprintsCommunication with partners to make sure goals are
clear and the vision is aligned with business objectivesDirect

innovator with these qualifications.Basic Qualifications:Doctorate
degree and 2 years of Information Systems experienceOrMasters
degree and 6 years of Information Systems experienceOrBachelors
degree and 8 years of Information Systems experienceOrAssociates
degree and 10 years of Information Systems experienceOrHigh school
diploma / GED and 12 years of Information Systems experienceAnd2
years of managerial experience directly managing people and/or
leadership experience leading teams, projects, programs or
directing the allocation of resourcesPreferred
Qualifications:Hands-on experience managing all stages of the
implementation life cycle including, but not limited to, gathering
user stories, designing the future state solutions, the development
objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting
testing and post implementation supportExperience with developing
solutions on AWS technologies such as S3, EMR, Spark,
AthenaThorough understanding of data integration concepts,
methodologies, and technologies e.g. Databricks and
Redshift/Redshift SpectrumPrior hands on experience leading full
stack development using infrastructure cloud services (AWS
preferred) and cloud-native tools and design patterns (Containers,
Serverless, Docker, etc) is a plus.In-depth knowledge of Agile
process and principlesExperience developing complex products in a
regulated or compliantenvironment such as HIPAA or SOXEstablished
habit of proactive thinking and behavior and the desire and ability
to self-start/learn and apply new technologiesExcellent
