Sr Full Stack Software Developer (Hybrid) Westlake Village, CA Direct Hire $120-$155k

Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer. Their software engineers create the next generation of technologies that will inspire the experiences of millions of associates that support them every day. We're looking for fresh perspectives in leveraging modern technology to deliver cloud-native, secure, scalable, and consumerized software capabilities to our customers in a fast-paced environment. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent work/industry experience
• 8+ years' experience with past 3+ years full-stack cloud-native development on AWS. Includes architecture, design, build
• 3+ years' experience in two or more of the following domains: Web / Omni-channel / Retail Applications, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC, B2C), Digital Transformation
• Experience with JavaScript, React, jQuery/Angular, Typescript or other modern web development platforms; cross-browser compatibility and accessibility
• Experience with Python, Java,
• Experience with APIs: REST, JSON
• Experience with databases: SQL / NoSQL
• Experience with Agile environment, DevOps, CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, TDD/BDD
• Experience leading through complex and/or competing priorities and negotiating win-win outcomes
• Proven track record of successful delivery of enterprise-grade software and digital products in a fast-paced environment. Bonus/ Soft Skills:
  • Solution features from simple (or well-defined) objective/problem statements, including architecture, design, build. Work with a product mindset.
  • Fast-paced, iterative development: architect, design, prototype (front/backend), launch, repeat
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and manage software products & features
  • Develop work plans, communicate priorities, and manage deadlines/deliverables with leadership
  • Build telemetry/monitoring, resilience, and security into the DNA of every product.
