Position Description
Are you a Field Service Engineer looking to make an impact every day? Serco is the place for you! Join our team supporting our Navy customer based out of Ventura, California.
Serco's mission is to design, procure, integrate, install and sustain the systems/equipment hardware, associated firmware, and software required to provide the ability to protect mission-critical assets and personnel from natural disasters, acts of terrorism and other human-caused disasters.
The primary goal of the ESS/ IDS Sustainment Program is to provide both preventive and corrective maintenance services to Navy installations as required to sustain NAVFAC AT/FP Ashore Program Systems in accordance with their operational requirements.
In this role, you will:

• 
  Install, troubleshoot, and maintain products/equipment including alarms, naval munitions, giant voice, cameras, intrusion detection, emergency operation centers, regional dispatch centers, gates, wide area alert, indoor voice, enterprise land mobile radio, dispatch activities, and support for regional and emergency operation centers as needed.

  Identify, analyze, and repair product failures
  
  
• 
  Orders and replace parts as needed.
  
  
  Qualifications
  To be successful in this role, you will have:
  
  • 
    
  • 
    An active DoD Secret clearance
    
    
  • 
    A bachelor's degree and 2 years experience OR High School Diploma with 4 years experience in the field
    
    
  • 
    Ability to travel locally and long distance up to 50% of the time as needed

      In compliance with state and local laws regarding pay transparency, the salary range for this role is $72,337 to $120,562; however, Serco considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, education/training, and key skills.
