The types of things you’ll do Data Science is a broad area with an extensive opportunity space. Each intern will have their unique mission refined before the start date, after an offer is extended and accepted. Here are some of the value adds you’ll be working on: Design data science solutions using industry-leading tools and platforms to drive business impact. Collaborate with the core team to assist in writing unit tests and scripts. Develop scripts for automated experiment tracking, comparison, and root cause analysis (RCA). Work with the Data Engineering team to build event-driven, user journey super datasets. Perform clustering analysis on task sequences to identify common workflows and outlier patterns. Leverage Generative AI and classical Machine Learning models for tasks such as document extraction and classification. Create automated scripts and models to reconcile and consolidate experimental results datasets. Explore and develop quantitative strategies for creating "Golden/Truth" datasets to be used for model testing and benchmarking. Basic Qualifications Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree at an accredited university. Majoring in quantitative disciplines , such as Computer Science , Data Science , Statistics , Operations Research , Applied Mathematics , E lectrical Engineering . Prior exposure to best practices through hackathons, design challenges, university projects, or previous internships. Available full-time, 8- 10 weeks for internship starting in early June 202 6 and ending in August/September 202 6 . What’s in it for you? Extended Opportunities: Possibility of continuing part-time with our work study internship program or joining our First American team as a full-time early career hire. $40.00 - $45.00 hourly This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
