Job Description Wilmington, MA | $21–$30/hour | Full-Time | Night Shift | 3–5 Years Experience \n Tecomet , a global leader in advanced manufacturing for the medical, aerospace, and defense industries, is hiring a skilled CNC Machinist II for its third shift team in Wilmington, Massachusetts . \n Join a clean, climate-controlled shop where your machining skills make an impact — and where your career can grow. \n About the Role\n In this 3rd shift position, you’ll set up and operate CNC machines to produce complex, tight-tolerance components. You'll be part of a high-performing team supporting critical manufacturing processes using state-of-the-art equipment. \n What You’ll Do\n \n Operate and set up CNC mills or lathes to precise tolerances \n Perform progressive machining of a variety of metals and part geometries \n Read blueprints, use precision measuring tools, and ensure quality compliance \n Adjust tooling offsets and replace worn tools as needed \n Perform hand finishing and basic preventative maintenance \n Maintain documentation (job routers, inspections, production logs) \n Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe workspace \n Participate in 5S and Lean Manufacturing practices \n \n ?
