The PCT works under the supervision of the RN, LVN, or
physician, and assists in the delivery of direct patient care. The
PCT performs various duties to assist the nursing and physician
staff in the care and treatment of patients, in accordance with
established policies and procedures, and unlicensed assistive
personnel scope of practice.
Reports To: Unit Director/Manager
- Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR or
American Red Cross Professional CPR card.
- Demonstrated or tested ability to read, write, and comprehend
