* Day-to-day management of eCommerce site and eCommerce Platform. * Respond promptly to individually assigned e-commerce sales leads using multiple forms of communication within the sales CRM platform. * Drives online traffic into the dealership, making appointments for customers, and continuously follow up throughout the buying process to provide a first-class virtual automotive buying experience for our clients. * Proficiently utilize and leverage the DMS, CRM & Equity mining platforms to engage with customers, efficiently and effectively throughout the buying process. * Ensure that all transactional data is properly documented and reported within the respective CRM and DMS platforms. * Understands the needs of a diverse client base and the ability to adapt their approach accordingly on a web-based platform. * Maintain a consistent understanding of Manufacturer and dealer defined monthly sales programs & offers. * Effectively communicate applicable sales program opportunities and benefits to customers while preserving and maximizing dealership profitability. * Professionally communicate with clients utilizing phone, e-mail, text and social media. * Conducts vehicle test drives while providing excellent product knowledge for customers questions. * Continuously learns about product updates, features, accessories, and inventory and their benefits to the customer. * Demonstrates automobiles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, and features; taking test drives; comparing and contrasting competitive models; and explaining warranties and services. * Helps customers with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies. * Helps facilitate remote or onsite delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements. * Learns to overcome objections, ask for the sale, negotiate price, complete sales or purchase agreement, and explain and offer warranties service and finance. * Maintain personal Customer Satisfaction levels above minimum established levels. * Maintains an owner follow up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction. * Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions. * Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company's Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors. * Follow all company policies and procedures, with a major focus on fraud prevention and potential loss through Identity Validation Qualifications

* Must have at least 1-year experience of eCommerce Auto Sales. * Must have a high school diploma or equivalency, a bachelor's degree is preferred. * Excellent written and oral communication skills. * Self Sufficient. Able to perform daily tasks and processes without need for constant supervision. * Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record * Valid Vehicle Salesperson License - Modify for position * Driving positions require that employees be insurable under the Company’s auto insurance policy, which is available only to employees 19 or more years of age. If hired for a driving position, applicants will be required to confirm that they are at least 19 years of age. Job Type: Full-time
