Education/Certifications/Licenses: High school education.
Graduation of an AMA approved 1 or 2 year Respiratory therapy
Program. Current State of California RCP License. Current BCLS and
ACLS. PALS preferred. RRT preferred.
Experience/Skills: 4-5 years working as a Respiratory Care
Supervisor in acute care setting. Demonstrates desired clinical
skills related to respiratory care. Good communication skills, good
leadership skills, strong organizational skills, strong computer
skills, good interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple
priorities without sacrificing quality of care.
