Administrator's Assistant
Full-Time Customer Service Professional needed for a company in Newbury Park. Main duties consist of handling incoming phone calls from clients, making outgoing client calls to confirm appointments, and scheduling service appointments utilizing industry-specific software. Other duties may include but are not limited to:

Recording customer information within our customer service database
Monitoring and responding to incoming emails from clients
Completing service contracts on MS Word or Adobe Acrobat
Sending service reminders to clients
Scanning documents
Random requests from Management
A key to success in this role would involve someone who possesses:

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task
Strong attention to detail
Problem-solving skills; Offer solutions to customers in accordance with company policies
Adaptability to shifting priorities throughout the workday
Basic to intermediate computer skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to accept and respond to direction and constructive criticism
Pro-active and self-starter mentality, yet willing to learn
In addition to the above, it is important that you possess a great work ethic, and display a genuine spirit of teamwork. Customer Service experience is preferred but not required.
