Job Description:

Do you have experience working in the Food and Beverage industry?

Immediate need for a Deduction Specialist located in the Conejo Valley area.



Job duties include but not limited to the following:

--- Research short pays, determining the support needed to process and/or clear the short pay, and validate when the short pay is authorized

--- Primary contact between vendors, customers and sales team

--- Assist with the resolution and analysis of unauthorized short pays as needed

--- Facilitate broker/customer related inquires related to short pays

--- Oversees reconciliation of credit memos and unapplied cash

--- Ensures proper cash application policies and procedures are being followed

--- Reconcile any cash application issues caused by the cash preprocessor
