How You Will Make an Impact:
Our guests expect luxury, value, and world-class service. As a
Service Advisor, you will be responsible for extending world-class
hospitality and ensuring each guest has a memorable experience to
develop a loyal customer base. You will directly impact whether we
become our guest's favorite place to service their vehicle.
What Winning Looks Like:
- Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of
kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy,
self-awareness, and integrity.
- Interact daily with customers, Service Advisors, other
Technicians, Parts Associates, Cashiers, Sales Associates, and
Managers
- Greet customers promptly
- Meet with customers and review services owed from point of
purchase of their vehicle
- Increase customer satisfaction by building relationships
- Maintain the company's standards for ethical business
practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and
employee and community relations
- Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and
update customers frequently
- Increase profitability by maximizing sales and executing retail
promotions
- Oversee the technician working on customer vehicles including
their time management/efficiency, ordering of parts, and job
completion times
- Participate in the development and documentation of standard
operating procedures as appropriate
- Explain all work completed to customersSkills Needed to Win:

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer
satisfaction, and quality control
- Minimum 1-year automotive service advisor experience
- Basic automotive knowledge
- Positive attitude, high energy, friendliness
- Possess a valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable
