Dining Room ServerAs a dining room server, you will be responsible for table service within our beautiful community dining room. You will interact with retired seniors while ensuring that their dining service is of the highest quality. You will work closely with a team of hard-working and team-oriented servers. Full services are provided, including restaurant dining, housekeeping and laundry, maintenance services, transportation, fitness classes, wellness programs, and numerous activities. Oakview our 5-star rated Health Center assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care.Compensation: $15.50 - $18.50 Per HourPart-Time: 6am-10am or 3:30pm-7:30pm$250 sign-on bonus.$250 Referral Bonus when you refer a friend!Full-Time benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.401k with employer match.$15.50-$18.50 based on experience.Reimbursement for commuting to work in an environmentally friendly way.Friendly and caring guests and staff.Flexible Hours( Must be able to work 2 weekday and 1 weekend shift)Opportunity for daily pay and tuition assistance.Dining rooms close early.No experience necessary, we will train you!Job DescriptionEvery shift, you will courteously greet and provide service to our dining room guests. You may answer questions about menu items and assist guests with any dietary needs or concerns. You properly will set tables, clear dishes, and utilize the POS system to bill residents.What you will bringOur ideal candidate will be reliable and setup up to assist fellow team-members when needed.Ability to multi-task efficiently in a busy environment.Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.Requires courtesy, tact, and graciousness.Ability to work in a safe manner complying with all department and Community safety policies and procedures.Please apply to this job or look at other available positions using the link below!
