We are looking for a medical administrative assistant to support a fast pace medical office with scheduling of appointment, referral processing and authorizations and providing patient care in the city of Thousand Oaks, CA. Hours: 8am-5pm Monday through Friday

salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High` School

Responsibilities

Randstad is seeking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to a busy medical office providing the following responisibilities in Thousand Oaks, Ca.

• Assisting with the referral process and authorizations
• Scheduling new patients and/or returning patient
• Assisting with medical records
• Must have 3+ years working in a medical office doing both front and back office duties
• Must have Epic experience
• Familiar working with all insurances
• Excellent both oral and written communications and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced medical specialty office
