- Set project goals and timelines, design, perform, and analyze
experiments to evaluated which IPP modalities are suitable for
which therapeutic targets.
- Experimentally validate emerging IPP tools and technologies and
their application.
- Interact with IPP team members and members across different
departments and research sites and communicate and present data to
department leadership.
- Contribute results and participate in the writing of
manuscripts for publication.WinWhat we expect of youWe are all

collaborator with these qualifications.Basic Qualifications:
- Master's degree and 2 years of relevant scientific experience
or
- Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant scientific
experiencePreferred Qualifications:
- An advanced degree and training in cancer biology or a related
field with an understanding of the ubiquitin proteasome
system.
- A track record of scientific achievement, supported by
publications and/or significant contributions to a drug discovery
program.
- Experience with standard cell and molecular biology
experimental design and techniques such as cell culture, lentiviral
production, stable cell line generation, western blotting and
qPCR.
- Experience with gene knockdown techniques such siRNA, shRNA or
CRISPR.
- Experience with live cell imaging and analysis techniques (e.g.
Incucyte) and high throughput assay such as CTG, HiBiT or MSD.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication
skills
- Flexibility to work in teams to achieve changing project goals
and meet timelines
- Strong data analysis and independent critical thinking

annual base salary range for this opportunity in the U.S. is
$103,045-125,031.In addition to the base salary, Amgen offers a
