Key Responsibilities
Address incoming inquiries via phone, digital, or written
communication
Resolve complex benefit questions and escalate unresolved
issues
Record details of customer interactions and take appropriate
actions
Required Qualifications
1 to 3 years of experience in customer service
1 to 2 years of experience in a leadership role
Bilingual (Spanish Speaker)
Experience in the healthcare industry
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a call center environment
