Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• 
  
• Operate and maintain semiconductor process tools and equipment to ensure top quality process equipment for production in frontend line and backend line
  
• Execute daily production processing activities including process modules in photolithography, thin film, metallization, hybrid fabrication, metrology, microscopic inspection, and verification of critical dimensions
  
• Work with Manufacturing Execution system (MES) for process and equipment data, and contribute process control and yield improvements
  
• Follow the established manufacturing procedures, process travelers, and work instructions for all work performed
  
• Assure that all processes are performed in compliance with safety, cleanroom procedures and AS9100 quality standards.
  
• Be ability to work flexible schedule and additional hours as needed
  
• Open to possible future shift changes such as split shift and 2nd shift
  
  
  Qualifications & Competencies
  
  • 
    
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately follow procedures and instructions
    
  • Skills and ability to operate complicated equipment like vacuum chamber, hybridizers, measuring systems, optical inspection systems, etcher, etc.
    
  • A good team player and interaction with fellow technicians and engineers
    
  • Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
    
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
    
  • Exemplary business ethics and work routine cognizant of safe work practices
    
    
    Education and Experience
    
    • 
      
    • High school diploma with minimum five years of relevant experience or associate degree in a related field with minimum of three years of relevant experience in microelectronic device fabrication
      
    • Training in laboratory practices including ESD precautions for handling of sensitive semiconductor devices and appropriate handling of chemicals a plus
      
      
      Citizenship Requirements
      Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a U.S. Citizen.

        Salary Range:
        $50,820.00 - $84,920.00
