We’re looking for a high-energy Outbound Telemarketer to join our in-office sales and customer service team in Sun Valley, CA . Your main mission? Make outbound calls , engage with potential customers, and spark interest in our services. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on hitting targets, loves talking to people, and wants to grow with a supportive and driven team. ???? What You’ll Do: Make high-volume outbound calls to potential clients—no fear of cold calling! Introduce and promote our services with enthusiasm and clarity. Build quick rapport with prospects and convert interest into leads. Overcome objections confidently and keep the conversation moving. Accurately log calls, feedback, and leads in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to improve scripts and outreach strategies. Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly call goals . ???? What You Bring: 1 year of outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales experience preferred. Bilingual in English & Spanish is a strong plus. Strong phone presence and clear communication skills. Positive, persistent, and motivated by performance targets. Comfortable in a fast-paced, talk-heavy environment. Familiarity with CRM or call-tracking software is helpful. ????
