Job Description Job Description MENTAL HEALTH THERAPIST We are
currently searching for a fantastic new member of our team to work
primarily through our various services, including individual,
family, and group therapy. Opening currently for qualified licensed
and associate MFT’s, Clinical Social Workers, and Professional
Clinical Counselors. WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH As a mental health
therapist, you will be assigned a clinical supervisor and will have
dedicated time to consult with them each week on your cases. You
will also be assigned a case manager, who is available to help you
succeed and navigate our programs. Case managers help clinicians
with administrative matters to ensure the best care for their
clients. WHAT YOU'LL DO In your first 90 days, you will: Conduct
intakes and sessions for your assigned caseload Learn the ins and
outs of our platforms, from how it works to ensuring accurate
documentation Learn how to use resources to effectively provide
services to your clients Within your first 6 months, you will:
Establish yourself as a trusted clinician with your clients and
coworkers Establish additional projects and services you offer
through Casa Counseling, such as blog writing and social media
content WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE EXPERIENCE Experience in
working with people who have experienced trauma Experience in
diagnosing Experience in writing treatment plans QUALITIES Enjoy
working independently and collaboratively to ensure clients receive
the best care possible A "go-getter" with a passion for helping the
community A strong sense of accountability and ownership that
allows you to work honestly and tactfully with clients and
coworkers Willingness to learn and receive guidance from clinical
supervisors and clinicians. WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE Active
registration with your licensing board. Ability to provide
in-person services at one of our office locations (Los Angeles,
Santa Ana, or Fullerton) COMPENSATION Associates: Part Time: $22 -
$30, per diem Compensation is based on the following factors:
Experience treating trauma Experience Diagnosing Experience
Treatment Planning Experience Documenting Experience in the
workforce as a therapist Availability Licensed Clinicians: Part
Time: $34 - $40, per diem Compensation is based on the following
factors: Experience treating trauma Experience Diagnosing
Experience Treatment Planning Experience Documenting Availability
Registered Psychologists: Part Time: $29 - $39, per diem
Compensation is based on the following factors: Experience treating
trauma Experience Diagnosing Experience Treatment Planning
Experience Documenting Availability Licensed Psychologists: $44 -
$50, per diem Compensation is based on the following factors:

Treatment Planning Experience Documenting Availability In addition:
Incentives based on productivity are paid out monthly, Incentives
